People should eat 5-6 meals a day for 30 days and every meal must contain protein as the main source. Among chicken, eggs, beef, fish, people can pick any one for breakfast, one for lunch, and one for dinner. They can get 800-1000 or more calories off just one of these protein shakes, so even for the hardest gainer, they will pack on weight.

People need to focus on the movements that are best known to create size, thus they should create Weight Gain. Doing only wrist curls are not going to promote massive weight gain and neither the bicep curls. People have to do the massive weight trainings like squats, deadlifts, weighted chin ups or pull ups, dips and so forth. These are the tried and proven exercises that will create a bigger body quickly and very effectively.

There are various kinds of exercise programs to follow from high repetition training to low rep training. Each training methods have their merits; for instance 20 rep squat training is very effective for weight gain, while many low reps on other exercises are effective as well. The most important factor to look for in a good muscle building/weight gain regimen, is whether or not the program focuses on the big exercises mentioned above. If the exercise just recommends doing bicep curls and calf raises every workout then it is safe to say people are not going to gain much weight off of that program. People need a muscle building program that is set up for them to start right away and start making muscle gains immediately, using the tried and true exercises that create weight gain.

If people really badly want to get ripped abs in the fastest time possible, then this is the key to their success. If their diet is clean, their fat will smoothly slide off leaving a lean and ripped body that will turn heads. In order to clean their diet, they need to change their entire view of what diet actually is. Instead going in to causes and the reasons, the experts can exactly suggest what to do. Eating 5-6 short meals a day is very essential. People should not keep their body starving beyond 4 hours, or their body will slow down their metabolism which means their body will start storing fat instead of burning.
